Delivery

We do not offer timed deliveries as our delivery region is quite large.

We deliver your gift on the date you specify between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm.

Business Addresses will be delivered between 9am - 5pm

School Addresses will be delivered between 9am - 2:30pm

For orders going to a funeral service at a funeral home or church, deliveries will be made prior to the noted funeral service time, provided the flowers are ordered the day prior to the funeral service. For urgent, same day funeral orders, please contact us directly to ensure we can meet your time requirements.

We do try to work with you, so if you have specific requirements, please check with us prior to placing your order to ensure we can meet your needs.

It is up to you to confirm the correct address that we are delivering to.

If you give us the incorrect address, then a 2nd delivery fee may be applicable if flowers require redelivery.

It is helpful if you can supply the recipients phone number in the shipping details, as it can avoid a 2nd delivery fee if we are able to contact the recipient to confirm address details if required.

If you do give us the incorrect address, then we can not accept any responsibility if the flowers are left if the recipient is not at home.  

We call the hospital prior to delivery to ensure the patient is still in hospital.

If by chance the recipient has gone home when delivery is made, we will contact you for an alternate home delivery address. An extra delivery charge may be applicable if delivery is to a more expensive shipping zone. 

If we can't access the property due to locked gates, security gates or guard dogs, and we can't leave the flowers in a safe place, or contact the recipient or yourself to ask where we are able to leave the flowers, then the flowers will be returned to our studio.

We will require a 2nd delivery fee for re-delivery.

This is why it is important to provide us with a phone number for the recipient in the shipping details, as it can solve a lot of delivery problems or a re-delivery fee being required.

Cut-off for same day delivery Monday to Friday to most areas is 10am*

Saturday delivery cut-off is 9am*

   

If you have an urgent order and it's after the cut-off time, feel free to give us a call, we will try our best to help you.

** Please note sometimes delivery spots do fill up quite fast and cut off times may be earlier - to avoid disappointment it is always best to order a day or more in advance to ensure your delivery can be completed and secures a spot for your desired day ** 

All of our products photographed are made by our team. 

If no products suit you may like to choose a "Florist Choice Arrangement or Bouquet" or a "Seasonal Arrangement or Bouquet" This leaves it up to the florist making your order and you can specify in order notes if you would prefer a bright or pastel mix. 

If there is something specific you have in mind that you can't find on our website, please call or message us. We custom make every order, so we are happy to offer bespoke items to suit your requirements.  

Your flowers will be left in a sheltered area away from sun and rain should the recipient not be home when delivery is made.

A calling card will be left either on the door or in the letterbox to advise where the flowers have been left and our courier also takes a photo of where they have left the item/s.

Yes, there is an option to write your personal card message in the cart page.

We copy exactly what you have written onto a printed card free of charge.

Alternatively you can purchase one of our beautiful gift cards for different occasions - these can be found in the gift card section and these are handwritten by our lovely florists' for your order.  

We would like to assure you that we are taking all measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

In the short term, all of our deliveries will be "contactless" meaning that your delivery will not be signed for by the recipient, and will be placed at the door for the recipient to retrieve.

If we have the phone number of the recipient, we will call them on our arrival to advise that we have a delivery, so that they can retrieve the delivery from their door. If no answer, or no phone number has been given, our driver will knock at the door, and then stand back from the door to carry out the delivery.

Our driver will take the name of the receiver which will be noted on the delivery sheet.

Any deliveries to aged care homes or hospitals will follow the protocols put in place by the aged care home or hospital, and our drivers will be following strict hygiene practices. None of our staff or drivers are presenting with any symptoms of Covid-19 and have been advised to self isolate if any symptoms do occur.

We will also update our policies, based on current updates by the Australian Government. 

Pricing

Your beautiful, fresh flowers are delivered as soon as they leave our studio, in water all the way! We have our own professional flower courier delivering our flowers each day. 

Our courier is not a standard parcel courier, but a dedicated flower courier who knows how to best handle your flower gift with the best care and attention to detail. Your flowers securely travel in our air conditioned vehicle, in water.  

We will also send a confirmation to you upon delivery when you have provided your email address. Most of our delivery charges are covered in our local area delivery fee.

Local area delivery fees range from $18.95

Outer, rural and remote area delivery fees range from $25.95 - $40.00
