Mother's Day 2024 Important Information

We must have a phone number for both the Sender and Recipient please
Please make sure you have the correct address for the recipient as usually only 1 delivery attempt is made. **Extra fees may apply for re-attempted delivery & may not be delivered on the same day**
Deliveries are carried out between 8am - 6pm - No time requirements will be accepted as these are not guaranteed
Our normal photo service is NOT AVAILABLE during peak periods such as Mother's Day. This means WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND A PHOTO OF THE PRODUCT WE MAKE FOR YOUR ORDER TO YOU, OUR CUSTOMER. Please trust that our Florists' always make as close to the photo as possible with minimal / if any substitutions.
Substitutions may apply to some arrangements as we are restricted to seasonal availability - please do not make selections based on it containing a particular type of flower as these may not be available.
